The brew masters would like to invite you for excellent CK beers made on the spot using recognised technologies. The adopted philosophy
of brewing it in front of the guests' eyes guarantees that beer is always fresh. In addition, it is a great attraction!
In our Pub (max. 150 people), non-filtered and non-pasteurised beers with high contents of natural ingredients, including B group
vitamins, are brewed.
These are vintage surface and bottom fermentation beers, produced on the basis of very soft water with high-quality malt and special
beer yeast.
Sitting with a mug of beer, sports fans can watch all the major sports events on a large outdoor screen.
You can select one of several grades of beers according to your taste:
- CK light - 11,5o light beer, brewed from fine light barley malts
- CK Ginger - 14,5o beer with natural clarity and an original ginger aroma (available only at the CK Brewery)
- CK Dunkel - 14,5o strong beer with a sweet aftertaste and an alcohol content of approx. 7 %
- CK Weizen - 12o surface fermented beer with a characteristic taste based on wheat malt.
Beer production at our brewery includes the following stages:
- mashing - takes place in the mash-brewing tub
- separation of the wort from grain in the filter tank
- boiling the wort with hops at 100oC for 90 minutes in the mash-brewing tub
- separation of the hops from the wort in the whirlpool
- fermentation in tank fermentors for 5-7 days
- storage at 2oC for 3-4 weeks
Specific grades of malt, hops, an appropriate mashing process and aromas, e.g. natural ginger, have a decisive influence on the beer
type.
